Add draw.io Integration to Visual Editor

It would be useful, for non technical users, to have a draw.io integration in the Visual Editor (like BookStack has).

Not having this available in the visual editor for us makes us look at an alternative wiki provider.

The integration would be good, just being able to embed a linked image (ie, insert an image referenced by a URL rather than having to import it into the assets library) would also be good

My "workaround" for now is exporting the images as svg and embedding them.
