Allow using the tab key in the Visual Editor to create spaces

I would like to be able to use the tab key like I can in any text editor or word processor. When I hit the tab key it should provide 5 spaces, but in the Visual Editor this does not work.

I think that this may be the setting that controls this.

Intructs the editor to add a number of spaces (&nbsp;) to the text when hitting the TAB key. If set to zero, the TAB key will be used to move the cursor focus to the next element in the page, out of the editor focus.

Default Value: 0
