More fine-grained commits to Git

Each commit of content changes to Git should be in use the ID of the user in question. Thus knowingly or unknowingly they are committers.
Right now Git commits are batches and pushed (pulled too) on a 5-minutely basis (default).

This is already the case. Every save operation produce a separate commit with the current user email as the commit author.
