Style links to nonexistent pages differently

When you link to a page that doesn't exist on Wikipedia, that link is colored red. In Wiki.js, links to pages that exist, and pages that don't, look the same. Links to pages that don't exist should look different in some way.

Robert: But not the same. I'm not looking for a tool that I'd have to run manually to do this. It should be a background operation that happens automatically.
