Base HTML title tag on actual page title

Currently the HTML title tags are always appconfig.title (as defined in _layout.pug), making all tabs look the same in a browser. It would be nice to include the actual page title in the title tag (e.g. the title of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GitHub is "GitHub - Wikipedia").
(This is simple enough to contribute. However, I've never used pug before, so I'm not sure — do I need to define a block which gets extended, or is there a simpler way?)

Absolutely. I will always open a stack of browser tabs, when I read Wikipedia. When I want to switch tab to I want to read, I will be very confused if there is no a descriptive page (tab) title. A living example is https://docs.requarks.io/wiki , I lost the way in "[ Wiki ] [ Wiki ] [ Wiki ] [ Wiki ] [ Wiki ]" when I want to get back to somewhere.
