Hi, In a multinational development environment, it would be beneficial to have 24H clock even when using English locale as only a few people use 12H clock. Currently the clock seems to be tied to locale and only changes to using 24H if a locale where this time format is normally used. Would it be possible to add this as an option for English locale as well?

12h / 24h time option would be nice. Not everybody is used to pm/am time

when a user logins in is there a possible to have multi lang support for the admin panel. wiki.js already works with "one base" language. but make it is depending on the user? the code is already there to do so. (because if you change the base language it admin panel will change language as well.)
