Context

Page not found will show up if you:

Actually want to create a new page
Didn't find correct page

In the 2nd case it would make sense to have search option.

(Note: Also works as a built in duplication prevention)

You mean adding a "Search again" option to the page that is shown when there was no match? Where you now only have the option to create the missing page?
