As already defined ({.is-info}, {.is-success}...), add the possibility to create our own blockquotes types ({.is-question}, etc...).

You can do this already by adding css to the page or admin dashboard. In the meantime, I tried to have the asciidoc and Markdown editors have the same blockquote styles and the addition is pending approval: https://github.com/requarks/wiki/pull/7390
