Add a feature to tag/mention other users of this wiki in native comments (e.g. ' Hi, @AndrewK') with autocomplete suggestions. The tagged user should receive either an email notification or a notification in the user area in the wiki itself.

It's great to comment on pages. But it's quite useless without notifications and the ability to mention the author.

Just being able to do "@writer" so that person would get a notification would be cool.

this should be implemented in every place a text could be inserted, hovering the tag should expose the user information such as name, email and such
