TODO list widget on the side of editing view
complete
José Roberto Sánchez
Add a TODO list on the wiki page for more collaborative workflow, people can keep track on the things that are missing to write or have a checklist on a side so can have a checklist and have a more complete document.
Edit: I change the title to make more clear the concept of this feedback. The idea is to have a todo list on the side of the page, only visible to the edit page and only available for editors, for better collaboration.

Thanks for the response, I didn't knew about that. Although, my concept is a little more different. because I am thinking in a widget at the side of the editing view, that can store or view easily the TODO about that page, that might only be visible for editors and not into the page, so can avoid scrolling the page to keep track the todo list.
Sorry that I wasn't that clear with the initial proposal and please consider this, I might edit the post to be more specific about it.

José Roberto Sánchez: This is a very niche use case specific to your personal workflow. I don't think it would make sense to add this feature to an already packed editor UI.
Most people simply write the outline first (headers) and fill in the content afterwards. You could also use a separate todo / notepad app which wouldn't get in the way.

This is already supported by using task lists: https://docs.requarks.io/editors/markdown#task-lists
Tak-MK
I have a page with tasks, and I can mark them as done or not by changing the - [ ] for - [x]. Maybe that would work for you.
